MembershipIf you are not an OPS member and would like to join, select "New Membership". You will first be asked to enter you contact information as you would like it to appear in the OPS directory. Submission of this form will forward your information to the Membership Office, and you will be given the opportunity to submit your payment information. If you choose not to provide a credit card number at this time, you will be contacted by the OPS Membership Office to furnish that information by phone. If you are currently an OPS member and would like to renew your membership, select "Membership Renewal". You will be asked to furnish your credit card and billing address information.
Chicago Educational Program RegistrationThe Mid-Year Educational Program will be held in Chicago, Illinois, 20-21 June 2008, at the Congress Plaza Hotel and Convention Center. There is a registration discount for OPS members. If you are not currently an OPS member, you may take advantage of the member rate by adding New Membership to your cart before check-out. Full registration includes both days of courses and the welcoming reception. Single day registration is also available. More Information
Journal of Ophthalmic PhotographyThe Journal of Ophthalmic Photography has been published by the Ophthalmic Photographers' Society since 1978. Printed copies of most issues are still available for purchase. These are original, uncirculated copies of the Journal, not photocopies or reprints. The prices listed include shipping, and the difference between the "Domestic (US)" price and the "International" price reflects the difference in shipping costs. "Cover and Contents" are PDF files of the front pages of each journal with download sizes of about 400K.
