I’m looking forward the OPS Mid-Year
Educational Program in San Francisco April 19th and 20th!
The program will include the Inaugural OPS/ASCRS Symposium, which should be
I know that many of you are planning
to do some site seeing while you are in San Francisco; let me give you some
The Golden Gate Bridge - what is the
attraction there? First: it’s not golden, it’s red; and a bridge is a bridge.
Fisherman’s Wharf - now why would
you want to go there if it smells like fish?
Alcatraz Island - it was a prison. Do you want to go to a prison on vacation?
Ghirardelli Chocolate - don’t bother,
you can buy them at the drug store back home.
Now this is what I think you should
see: The OPS/ASCRS Photo Exhibit.
The OPS and ASCRS have worked
together for eleven years putting together the Annual OPS/ASCRS Photo Exhibit
with very few OPS Members ever seeing it. What excites me about this year is
that more OPS members will be able to see this Exhibit than ever before. Please
take the time to view the wonderful images at the Exhibit.
It will be easy to find in a very
prominent area near the ASCRS registration.
You can see all that other stuff
when you return! You’ll be back because most people leave their
hearts in San Francisco!
