Dr. Duncan is an associate professor of clinical ophthalmology and the director of the Retinal Degeneration Center at University of California San Francisco. She has received a K-08 clinical scientist award towards her work in characterizing modes of preclinical degeneration and their responses to different therapies. Dr. Duncan has a strong interest in developing imaging technology to better evaluate disease progression. She has studied cone receptors in the eyes of patients with many types of inherited retinal degenerations. We are excited that Dr. Duncan will be lecturing about "High Resolution Retinal Imaging in Patients with Retinal Dystrophies” at the OPS Mid-Year Program.
