Understanding of ocular anatomy is an integral part of being a competent imager.  This presentation will be based on a solid review of the anatomical characteristics of macular hole as they relate to the multiple modalities of ophthalmic imaging. Case presentations, illustrations and diagrams will be used to assist in recognizing the anatomy and physiology of the various stages of macular hole.
