To obtain Continuing Education Credits (CEC) or Units (CEU) for each lecture at the OPS Mid-Year Program, you will need to...
1: Register for the Program on the OPS website
2: Have your name checked off on a list at the door as you enter the lecture hall
3: Attend a minimum of 50 minutes per lecture hour
4: Log into this page on the OPS website to access the Evaluation Survey for each lecture
At the end of a lecture, click on the lecture code in the grid below to access the survey. You may use your Smartphone (iPhone, Android, Blackberry), Tablet (iPad, Galaxy) or Laptop between each lecture. You may also use one of the computer stations provided for this purpose in the vendor areas. The final option is to wait until the completion of the Program and access the OPS website from your home or work computer. The Evaluation Surveys will remain open for 1 month after the Program (June 30, 2016).
A paper form with all titles and questions listed will be provided for making notes about each lecture, if you decide to wait until the end of the Program. This will aid you when entering your evaluation about Speakers and their talks several days later.
You will only be able to submit each survey once.
SURVEY ACCESS FOR ATTENDEES
Your CEC/CEUs will be available through your profile page on the OPS web site. Once you sign-in to the web site, select "Manage Profile" which is the second option found in the gray shaded box on the right side of the OPS web site. On the "Manage Profile" page go to the section "Content and Features" and select the link "Professional Development".
Your attendance at the Program will be checked against your registration and entry checklists. If you accidentally fill out the wrong survey, the CEC awarded for that survey will be corrected by the Web Administrator. Please contact Barbara McCalley at the OPS Membership Office with any problems regarding these surveys.
