Participants must be registered on the OPS website as either a member or a 'non-member meeting attendee' to be able to register for any webinar and earn/collect the CECs following the session.  If you are an OPS member and are unsure of your username and password, please contact Barbara in the OPS Office by telephone: 800-403-1677 or email:ops@opsweb.org, for assistance.

If you are NOT an OPS member and will ONLY be attending the webinar and want to receive the CEC's, you will need to register on the website to establish a profile before proceeding to the webinar registration.  Go to 'Join OPS' on the home page and select the member type 'non-member meeting attendee only'.

Webinars will be conducted online.  Participants must view the webinar from a computer with internet access.  Audio can be heard either through the computer or from a phone.  It is recommended to use a headset with mic when listening through the computer.  Paid participants will receive an email with the exact login information 24 hours prior to the webinar.


COURSE DESCRIPTION:

In this lecture, discussion will be made about popular pre-conceived notions about OCT angiography, and compare it to commonly used diagnostic imaging devices. Best practices for integration and use of OCT angiography in a diagnostic imaging environment will also be discussed. At the end of the course the student should be able to explain the technology behind OCT angiography and how images are created.  The student should also be able to describe common misconceptions of OCT angiography and describe how OCT angiography is integrated in a standard “dye angiography” and OCT practice.
