<description><![CDATA[The camera body has nothing to do with interfacing with Windows - the digital system would be the limiting factor, if drivers aren't made for sensors that mount to that system. Someone will always be able to make something work, eventually manufacturers can't keep legacy systems connected with the newest hardware because their isn't the market/parts to support it. You can keep your 1995 Chevy running by tossing in an aftermarket engine, but at somepoint you've got to cut your losses.<br /><br />Mike]]></description>

We did this upgrade a few months ago and all is working fine with our 50EX.
