Hi,

Our department is just about to start a discussion about using e-forms to request imaging.

We are a photography department in a teaching hospital and see 22,000 + patients, (mostly for OCT), a year. We also have another 15 ways or so to image an eyeball. So the volume of requests and the things that can be requested are a bit of a concern for me.

Does anyone out there use e-forms, and if so any words of advice before we start going down the pixel path?

Thanks,

Lisa
