My name is Armando. I work at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Naples, FL. I have an issue with one of our cameras, and I was wondering if anyone else has had this experience. We have a non-mydriatic camera, a Nidek AFC-230. I always have to start it and the lap top it is connected to, at least two to three times, before it will allow me to capture an image. Has anyone experienced this before? Could anyone point me in the right direction? Once the camera is finally started it works great. But there is always an issue upon start up. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
