For those that have the certification, what are some good resources for ROUB/CDOS?

We have a few photographers at the office, including myself, that are beginning to prepare for these certifications and we were talking about acquiring a few new books! What was the most valuable resource when you were studying?

Thank you in advance!!

I would concur. Study the physics, which most of us learn and then forget. Stay calm, remember, you do this work every day. ROUB will be many case studies asking you to comment on what is correct, or incorrect. CDOS will concentrate on the physics of ultrasound, technique, probe positioning and case studies.

Come to the ALL DAY OPS courses in Ultrasound being offered in Chicago

Check out the great on line videos by Yale Fisher www.ophthalmicedge.com

Study Intraocular Lens Calculations by Shammus
IOL Power by Haigis

Hire a personal consultant through Eyessential Education

Good luck!

Denice

Thank you! I'm signed up for the classes, and look forward to seeing ya'll there!
Currently, at a retina practice we are unable to have exposure to A-Scan biometry, but we get tons of practice with Bscan and diagnostic A scans. I also appreciate the differentiation between ROUB/CDOS, Thanks Libba and Denice!
