I will once again need raters for the CRA performance exam coming up in New Orleans this fall. As of right now, it look like we will be offering the test on Thursday 9, 2017 in the afternoon. If you are a CRA and would like to help the OPS, the BOC specifically, to serve as a rater, please reach out to me ASAP. I would like to have all my ducks in a row at least a month or two before the meeting. You will receive three hours of free CEUs for your service (only 3 hours can be used for each certification cycle) and free late lunch or early dinner (depending on when we finish). The only requirements are you must be a CRA, cannot be in the business of teaching fundus photography/fluorescein angiography or on the BOE (to avoid to perceived conflict of interest to be teaching to the test). Our Annual Meeting is just a little over 2 weeks away and the CRA performance exam is exactly 2 weeks away. Thanks to all who have volunteered to be raters for me, but I am still in need of at least 1 more rater and 1 photographic volunteer.
