I've been in a retina clinic for the past 4.5 years and it has been a wonderful experience.  I've been looking more at expanding my experience and skills in ophthalmic photography beyond retina.  

Without naming clinics I'd love if colleagues could share experiences about different styles of clinics, what to look for, what to avoid?

As a side note, if enough information was gathered, it could also create an interesting and informative article for the JOP.
