Is anyone else having to deal with the fact that Merge Eye Station will not be an option at the end of this year? We have 10 Topcon 50 EX/DX cameras that will be affected. Is there a viable software option to take the place of Merge Eye Station or are the EX/DX cameras finally going the way of the DoDo?

To the best of my knowledge, since Topcon is (currently) the only traditional fundus camera produced... I would hold onto it for dear life! Never used Topcon, but very happy to see they have not given up (yet). Doesn't Topcon have their own propriety capture software you could use? Otherwise, there are a few companies out there who I believe offer capture software.

This is all new to me too, since I've only used OIS (back in the day) and now Merge and now IBM. I would suggest you peruse all things OPS (Journal, education programs, etc..) to see what companies support our organization and give them a call!

Gary
