I am wondering, for those sites that participate in clinical trials, who does the image submissions to the reading centers? Are the study coordinators or photographers doing the submissions? How do your sites handle this? Thanks in advance for your time and replies!

I'm the photographer and imaging specialist for all our Reading Centers.
I handle the submissions for all of our Clinical Trials.
Duke, Darc, FPRC-WI, and Eyekor.

At my sight my fellow photographer and I send off all our images to the reading centers. I have seen at some smaller sites that the coordinators would send them off but these are again at the small sites where people have multiple roles and have to divide up the responsibilities. I hope that helps.
