<description><![CDATA[Not a big fan of the Sonomed.  The software is especially clunky.  In 2019 there are really only two players for a quality B scan:   Ellex and Quantel.   As an echographer I could make the argument for either.  Both have strengths and weaknesses.  Probe quality, sound quality, software issues, portability. <br /><br />I would demo those two and make your decision based on your needs and demographics.  Personally I went with Ellex as I had a long standing relationship with the original Innovative Imaging.  The probe is quality.  I could argue for Quantel as well. <description><![CDATA[If you are interested in UBM, the Sonomed Vumax is excellent. We are always amazed at the fine detail we are able to get. We can see the zonules beautifullly.<br /><br />For Bscan, I do agree with Denice. My experience is with Ellex. ]]></description>
