I have been a member of the Scientific Advisory Council of the National Foundation for Ectodermal Dysplasias for nearly 25 years.  This past summer, we absorbed the membership of the now defunct Incontinentia Pigmenti International Foundation, and I have been re-writing the website to reflect updated and current materials for families and interested folks with Incontinentia Pigmenti (IP).

I am looking for a few truly excellent images of the ocular features of IP, especially the retinal changes, areas of missing vascular development, angiograms of those areas of non-perfusion, and neovascularization, vitreous hemorrhage, and even a few good ultrasounds of the retinal detachment that may ensue. 

Obviously, if any of you has a few really good images of the various stages of the skin changes, the blisters, the scarring, the linear hyperpigmentation, of Incontinentia Pigmenti that have never been published, I would consider those as well.

I will happily give you individual (or institutional) credit and recognition on the NFED website if you allow us to use your images.  As you look through your personal collections, and if you wish to share a few with me, please write or call me directly.  With this COVID mess, I am physically in the office (below) only parts of Mondays and Thursdays at the moment, so email (rlewis@bcm.edu) is more effective.
