Hi everyone,

I'm looking into purchasing service agreements for our various cameras and I wanted to see if people think they are worth the money. For example, we work with Zeiss, Heidelberg, Optovue, Optos, and Topcon. Some of these agreements are literally thousands per year, but has anyone felt they really got their moneys worth?

Morning Kaitlyn, Fair question indeed. We purchase the 'Silver' agreements with our Zeiss, HE and Optos and has proved to be fruitful. You never want any of that hardware or data streaming/backup to go unchecked. Plus, if you ever require service, especially telephone support, when they see you have a service agreement, you are usually moved to the top of the call list.
Good Luck!
Jim
