Happy summer!  I'm writing in to ask your opinions on ultrasound equipment.

My practice is in need of two devices as we have two offices.

Our main need is for B scan as we are a retina practice, although as we are growing, I may try for A scan and UBM options.

I have worked with Ellex (my favorite), Accutome, and Sonomed.  

We need something on the smaller size due to room, yet I would like a great, clear picture.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated as I have been working on an old cinescan nightmare of a device for the past few years and I'm out of the loop on what the latest and greatest is.

The Aviso was on my wishlist but since Ellex merged with Quantel, i thought the Aviso was no longer available and the Ellex Absolu was being promoted as the flagship? Perhaps this was a US-only marketing campaign.
