Lumenis offers several SLT lasers, depending upon whether you want to do classic YAG cases (capsulotomy, iridectomy) in addition to SLT.  Of course, you pay more for that capability.

We don't do enough SLT to justify purchasing one.  We set up a clinic for it and rent it once a month or so depending on demand.  Let me know if you want the info of the rental company.
