I was told to go back to the CIRRUS and just reanalyze. Sounded great to me, but the scan is no longer on the instrument as well. Any idea if this is retrievable?

Did you contact Mike Turano, one of Zeiss's best?

I'll bet he can steer you into the right recovery program.
