In order to receive credits, you will need to fill out a survey for each course you attended.  We recommend you log into the OPS website before clicking on the link for the surveys. Here is the link to the surveys: www.opsweb.org/?page=CEC_MY2012Program.  You have until July 10th to complete these surveys.  If you do not know your username and password to the OPS website, please contact Barb McCalley at ops@opsweb.org.  You must contact Barb BEFORE trying to respond to the surveys.


 After you have completed the surveys, your credits will be available through your profile page on the OPS website.  After you have logged in to your profile, you can review your credits here: www.opsweb.org/members/certifications.aspx Keep in mind that your attendance at the program will be checked against your registration and check in at the door.  If you accidentally fill out the wrong survey, the CEC awarded for that survey will be corrected by the Web Administrator.  As you can review and print your CECs within your profile, we will not be mailing your credits to you.

The OPS provides CEC for both the CRA and the OCT-C certifications as well as JCAHPO credits. In your profile, you will find a list of all three, regardless of your requirement.
