<P>This issue of the OPS Newsletter contains a lot of information about the Scientific Photo Exhibit, the Scientific Session that will be held at the Annual Educational Program in Chicago in November, the list of candidates for the upcoming OPS election, more photos of the Chapel Hill, NC, Midyear Educatioanl Program and much more.&nbsp;</P>
