As an added value of being an Ophthalmic Photographers’ Society member, you are receiving membership in the Digital Imaging Institute for Science and Medicine (Dii). This membership, valued at $99 a year and approved by the OPS Board of Directors, is being provided to you without an expiration date. Please follow the instructions below to become a member.

#1. Click on the URL below, which will take you to the Dii registration page:

#2. Click on the "General” button and hit "continue”.

#3. Follow the directions in # 1 on the page for creating a User Name and then fill in your First and Last name. Next to the "Digital Imaging Institute” there is a drop down menu that will allow you to choose (1) group to join. Choose a group and hit the "Continue” button.

#4. Select "General - $99.00” and click on "Continue with the Selected Membership”.

#5. Fill in all the required information and continue to the next screen.

#6. Make sure "General - $99.00” shows up under "Membership Information” and enter the following code: DiiOPS This code is case sensitive. Hit the "Apply Code” next to the box. This will refresh the screen. Fill in the required contact information boxes and billing address information (you will not be billed – you can also hit the small boxed labeled: "Check here if the billing address is the same as the member address”. Hit the "Submit Securely” button at the bottom of the page.

That’s it, you’re done!
