We have a 9 year old topcon 50 EX with an OISI digital system.  Recently we had an issue of flash misfires during color photography.  I reinstalled the flash tube and the problem seems to be resolved.  Does anyone have any input on other causes of flash misfiring? 

We also have an archive issue.  The 5300 Winstation has occasionally been freezing up during archiving.  The error message states that it could not write to the media, or could not read sectors of the recording media (DVD).  I must then abort the archive, shut down and then reboot the  system, and manually archive with a fresh DVD.  Any suggestions as to how to correct this problem? 

Any and all input regarding these two issues would be appreciated.
