Will any members be available to help us move equipment for our workshops, at the InterContinental Hotel for the Annual Educational Conference, in November 2012, in Chicago, IL?

It involves pushing of some creates on 4 wheels carts, or dollys, from one ballroom, to another ballroom, within the hotel. 

This will happen twice, during the length of the conference.

The Load In is on Friday, November 9th, 9 am  -  2 pm.

The Load Out is on Tuesday, November 13th, 9 am – 12 noon.

If you can help with all, or just partly, during these time intervals, please let me know.

Your help will be greatly appreciated!
