We have a Canon CR-1 Mark 2 that we have had for a couple of years. It is very easy to use and takes decent pictures - you can even do stereo. We dilate all our patients for photos even though it is a non-myd camera and our images really are quite good. The camera has digital zoom which is ok. The camera does not have any filters for monochromatic imaging. If you get it and want an external fixation target you have to purchase that separately - or at least we did 2 years ago. Our camera is connected to our Symphony Web from Merge/OIS.

Check out the Zeiss Visucam Pro. We have a couple in some of our outlying offices... They seem to be easy to learn on and the images are decent.
