Hello, everyone!
I am a postgraduate student of Sichuan University, and now I am focusingon the research of Retinal Fundus Images Mosaic, but limited to the conditions andresources, I need some multi-modal retinal fundus images to test and verify my algorithms and mothods.

I've almost searched the whole Internet with google, but still can not find the retinal images pairs for my testing and verifying.

I want to ask whether there are some retinal images dataset suitable for mosaic, please reply here or directly email me: taozhijiang@gmail.com

Thanks veryone here!

Hello Zhijiang,

"Ni Hao"

I am curious, as is probably most of our OPS community, what it is you are searching for, in terms of "multi-modal retinal fundus images"?

Within our website, in the Ophthalmic Photography section, there are many examples of fundus images; ranging from Color, B/W, and Fluorescein Angiogram enhanced images for you to chose from to test your algorithms. Have you looked through this library of images yet?

Also, if you search the internet under the category of 'Montage Color Photograph', you may see a collection of photographs, which are individual photographs taken of a patient eye, and 'married together' showing one large image, as a result of combining many images of the same eye, during the same session.

An example of this, I have enclosed.

Let us know how we can be of assistance.

Jim Soque

OPS, Board of Education

Hi, thanks for your quick reply.

I donot know whether I explained my question clearly.

I want to combine a pair of retinal images, and then get the mosaiced image, the problem is i want to get the large amount of paired retinal dataset to test the right ratio of the method.

Like the pair images in attachment!

Understood T.

You've enclosed 50 degree Color Fundus images of a right eye, Field 2 the macula, and Field M1 of the optic nerve, of the same eye. It is certainly a pair.

I'm sure there are a few of us that can step up to the plate, and provide you with the "sets of individual images" for your research.

Often we speak of these "Fields", as described by the U-Wisconsin Reading Center.

With that said, are Fields 2, and Field M1, the only ones you require for this project?

Or are there others?

See our definition in the enclosed photo from the Fundus Photography Reading Center- WI, below, and let us know what we can do to help with your project.

Oh, I am novice of retinal fundus, and not that professional as you described.

well, you can just think from my attachment:

I need images like im1.jpg and im2.jpg, whether they are color or gray ones.

Then, through my mosaic method, I can get the final result of im3.jpg.

Now, I want to have some datasets hold images like im1,jpg & im2.jpg.
