Anyone who is using Epic and can offer their experience with moving from paper Photo Request Forms to electronic: how did it go?

We are not using Epic but another vendor's EMR and the transition to an electronic version of our Imaging/Photo Request Form was pretty seamless.

We just duplicated what was on our current form into the templates for the EMR. As a matter of fact, it turned out to be much better. Because we weren't limited to an 8.5 x 11 format we could include any/all the info on the new request form in the EMR templates.
