I would suggest looking through the Study Resources portion of the OCT-C Program Guide. Of those listed, Clinical Retina is a more recent reference volume that may be of help to you. Most of the other resources mentioned pertain more to the OCT device itself, but there could be a few that include some basic retina anatomy/function as well.
