Hey Folks

Anyone have a digital copy of the Kowa Genesis-D user manual?

We don't seem to have a copy on the Manuals Archive and it doesn't seem to be online.

I have a set of images taken by a resident and I'm trying to confirm the proper orientation of the images via the "v-notch" orientation mark; top middle or bottom middle? They're ON photos of marginal quality and i can't see the macula for reference.

Unfortunately the instrument (and documentation) live in the OR so i don't have ready access to either.

Thanks!

Hey Jim,

This shows the notch at the top middle. I also saw an image that was part of the spec sheet for the Genesis -D and it also has the notch at the top middle.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2784005/

Hope this helps,

Don

Thanks Don!

Based on the appearance of the retinal structures the up-arrow orientation was what i was thinking, but the field was tight enough that i wasn't 100% confident.

Thanks for confirming.

Be Well!
