Is it possible to combine Spectralis images done at different times but on the same day?

I did the left eye of a patient this morning. An hour later the doc brought them back for the right eye. No problem there. But now I have to bounce between two tabs to see all the images done that visit.

How can I combine ALL those images onto one tab? (IF it's possible)

Hmm, not sure about this one. I just took a look and don't have an answer other than putting images from both tabs in the lightbox & saving it.

If anyone has the answer, it could be a good tip for Pearls Tips & Tactics at the annual meeting.

Gary,

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I have tried to figure out a way to do that since I have had the unit. I have told my imagers to be very careful to "continue examination" and not create a new exam so this won't happen. That way the images will be on the same tab, but after the fact I don't think it is possible.

No problem Eric, I appreciate your thoughts as always.

So in this particular case, if I could just train the DOCTORS to be 'very careful' and order ALL their images the first time through... well then, things would be just peachy, wouldn't they!? ; )

Maybe the folks at Heidelberg (hint hint) will come up with a software update that will allow us to move these images around, for that rare occurence when someone makes a mistake... after all, we are only human.

Gary,

If you are doing another set of images on the same day, make sure all of your imagers click on the tab from today and click continue exam and not new exam. It will append the images to the same tab so that everything done on the same date shows up on the same page.
