We do a mac cube and an RNFL scan on each patient.

In order to accommodate more patients into the study, we are being asked to use one of our other offices so people don't have so much of a drive to the main hospital. Problem is, the OCT in that office is the Spectralis. 

Does anyone know of any exact micron differences between those two devices and those two scans?

Just did some comparisons between our patients that were scanned on both devices (we have both here) and came up with a diff of about 15 microns.

Not scientifically accurate but hope this gets you in the ballpark.

Can I assume that's for the macular scans? If so, is that in all quadrants or just central foveal?

Has anyone done a literature search? I remember seeing a chart that listed several OCT devices and the average thickness measurement difference between devices. I just took a quick look and haven't found the article I'm thinking of, but these two might be of some help:
