Scotiabank CONTACT is the largest International Photography Festival in the world and takes place during the entire month of May in Toronto.

It would seem logical to me that what the competition supplies is the venue.

That said, perhaps ICOP can supply the venue??

I forwarded the Call for Submissions in case anyone from the OPS, who actively already exhibits their personal work is interested in organizing their own exhibition during the first half of the month when ICOP is going on.

Exhibitions are everywhere from traditional galleries to coffee shops. It is not a competition. If you are an artist and photographer, CONTACT and the month of May is a great time to have an exhibition as there is an active audience visiting venues at this time. To get your exhibition info printed in the CONTACT catalogue and be on the website is great exposure. It is a big month of gallery hopping and great for an artist's CV.
