Here's the list of photos they are interested in receiving:

Retinoblastoma
Retinitis Pigmentosa
Retinal detachment or peripheral retinal lesions
Acquired macula disorder e.g. erpiretinal membrane, macular hole
Groupe CHRPE - bear track lesions
Inherited fundus dysphories e.g. bests disease
Angioid streaks or choroidal folds
