Also, spent over two hours taking the intro to angio course and can't pass the quiz.  Maybe the content needs to be re examined.  Maybe I've forgotten how to take notes. 

 

I have need of only two CEC hours to uphold my CRA, OCT-s.  Hope I can do it affordably and before Dec. 31st!   Never imagined I'd have to spend this much time and effort.

ACTIONed is a collaboration with JCAHPO and 3 other associations for online education. 

Barb sends updated membership lists to them at a regular intervals so that active OPS members can have the discounted prices.  If there is any question about your eligibility for the discount, she would be the one to check with.  Tami Schoenholz is the course/content BOE contact with ACTIONed.  Your eligibility is a Barb question.

As for the angiography course, check with Tami.  All ACTIONed courses are scrutinized but a number of people, but I'm sure the BOE is interested in your thoughts.

As Paula said, I send regular updates to ActionEd so our members get the discounted prices.  Your membership is current (pd 6-1-13) and the update I sent them on June 12 reflected that. 

The last two months have been pretty busy getting annual meeting stuff done, so I will send Actioned an updated list early next week.

I have contacted ACTIONed about this quiz. I am going to double check the quiz answers are right. I have also emailed them about what questions you got wrong. I will get back to you as soon as a can.

Speaking as the current Recert Chair, we need to evaluate the specific circumstances in each case, but being proactive is better than hitting the deadline and then risk losing more valuable time because of the year end deluge of apps and other recert issues that come up.
