Age Related Macular Degeneration is the leading cause of vision loss of people over the age of 65 years old in the US. Great strides have been made in the medical management of this disease. Great strides have also been made in the rehabilitation management of this disease. The following course will provide overview of Low Vision Rehabilitation (LVR) Services of Age Related Macular Degeneration. Included will be what the goals of LVR are and what the patient can expect during a LVR examination.
