Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer at the OPS Annual Meeting….

Make New Friends….Have Fun…and

Give back to your Society all at the same time!!

One of the wonderful things about the OPS is that it is a society that is run by volunteers.  Our volunteers are passionate and committed to making the OPS a vital and valuable resource to our members and those in our field.  The Annual Program provides some great opportunities for new and veteran photographers to join the team of volunteers that produces our exceptional program.  You can earn free continuing education credits, get to know others in our field and support our educational program by volunteering!  There are a variety of ways you can be involved at the OPS Educational Programs.

November 13-15, 2020
Las Vegas, Nevada

2020 Scientific Exhibit

The OPS Scientific Exhibit Committee is looking for volunteers to help host the scientific exhibit at the Annual AAO meeting. Volunteers on the exhibit floor are there to represent the OPS and will answer visitor's questions about ophthalmic imaging, the various modalities and techniques demonstrated in the images, and to generally keep watch over the displays. No submissions are required to volunteer. Individuals who are submitting images to the Competition may also check the appropriate box on the entry form.  As a volunteer, you will be issued a badge which admits you to the AAO Exhibit Hall for the day(s) you will host the exhibit.  Badge availability is limited so please volunteer early.  If you are interested in hosting the exhibit for either a two or four hour shift, please contact:
